The Superior rooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden. They measure about 20 square meters plus the bathroom featured with the bathtub or the walk-in shower. Rooms are provided with: mini bar, satellite TV, free wifi, sound system, air-conditioning unit and underfloor heating. Bathroom and pool equipment: bathrobe and courtesy kit made up of cruelty free products and LAV (Anti Vivisection League) certified.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Rates may vary depending on the period requested, number of nights and availability.
Rates are for the double room, per night, with breakfast, utilities and free use of the spa area included.
Sojourn taxes for adults and children 12 and under are excluded (1€ per person for April, May, June, September and October; 1.50€ per person for July and August). Extra crib for children 0-3 years old, 25€ per night. In low season, if in bed with parents, 15€ supplement per night.Children from 4 to 14 years old, supplement 60€.Adult supplement, 90€.
Lunch, with cold dishes, is available daily by reservation. Convivial Dinner (in compliance with Covid regulations), is available every evening in low and medium season, and some evenings of the week from June to September included; it is by reservation, and costs 65€ per person, with dinner drinks included. There is an additional charge for special requests.
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of 10€ per night.
Our Check in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check out by 11:00 a.m. If guests have different arrival and/or departure requirements, please let us know and, if possible, we will accommodate them. Late Check out, if available, may have an additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Winter:
Reservation with credit card as guarantee, with free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival. From the 7th day, 50% penalty fee.
In case of no-show for a booking close to the date, the penalty is 100%.
For booking the Villa exclusively, a 50% deposit of the stay is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.
April, May and October:
From 30 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty.From 20th day prior to arrival, 100% penalty.
June to September inclusive:
(Christmas and Easter vacations included):
From 50 days prior to arrival, 30% penalty.
From 30 days prior to arrival, 60% penalty.From 20th day prior to arrival, 100% penalty.
In case of cancellations after the deadline, due to official provisions by the governments of different countries, the Masseria will provide its guests with a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit, which can be used for a next stay.
